Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

DataClear (dataclear.ai) is a SaaS analytics platform for automotive dealerships, operated by RT Consulting LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("RT Consulting," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

2. Data We Collect

When you sign in with Google, DataClear collects the following information from your Google account:

• Google account name and email address — used to identify you and determine which dealership dashboards you are authorized to access.
• Google OAuth tokens — used to access Gmail on your behalf for the purpose of ingesting automotive performance reports (e.g., CRM exports, DMS summaries) sent to your dealership's ingestion mailbox.

DataClear does not collect payment card information, Social Security numbers, government-issued ID numbers, or any sensitive personal data.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to power DataClear's dealership analytics features:

• Report ingestion — Gmail access is used to retrieve dealership performance reports from your inbox, which are then parsed and stored as structured data for analytics dashboards.
• Analytics dashboards — your account information is used to authenticate you and serve the correct dealership KPI dashboards, leaderboards, and performance reports.

Data ingested for one dealership client is never shared with, compared against, or made visible to any other client.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties. All data is stored in a private PostgreSQL database and is accessible only to the DataClear application and authorized RT Consulting personnel.

5. Use of Google APIs

DataClear's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• Data obtained via Google APIs is used only for the functionality described in this policy.
• We do not use Google API data for advertising, market research, or to train machine learning models.
• We do not transfer Google API data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition.

6. Data Storage and Security

All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. Parsed report data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway, located in the United States. Access to the database is restricted to the DataClear application and authorized RT Consulting personnel on a need-to-know basis.

7. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active and the dealership client relationship is in effect. If you would like your data deleted, you may request deletion at any time by emailing russell@dataclear.ai. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove your data within 30 days.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Request deletion of your personal data by emailing russell@dataclear.ai.
• Revoke DataClear's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account permissions.

9. Children's Privacy

DataClear is a business-to-business platform not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify active users by email.
